The Site provides an online gallery of GPT image prompts (displaying public prompt posts from X), watermark tools, comic tools and related online services. pixyee Pro is a paid membership service offering additional benefits to subscribers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

三、账户与登录3. Accounts & Sign-In

pixyee Pro is a subscription service (current price: $3.9/month, as shown at checkout). Subscription details:

• 自动续费：订阅将按所选周期自动续费，直到您取消为止。
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled.
• 取消订阅：您可以在任何时间通过本网站的"管理订阅"或 Creem 客户门户（Customer Portal）取消订阅。取消后，当前付费周期内仍可继续使用会员权益，到期后不再续费。
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via "Manage Subscription" on our Site or the Creem Customer Portal. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current paid period; no further charges will be made.
• 支付处理：所有支付由 Creem（我们的商户记录方）处理。我们不存储您的银行卡信息。
• Payment processing: All payments are processed by Creem (our Merchant of Record). We do not store your card details.

五、退款政策5. Refund Policy

退款由 Creem 作为商户记录方处理。您可以通过 Creem 客户门户申请退款，或联系我们的支持邮箱 [email protected] 说明情况。我们将根据具体情况（如服务未按承诺提供）评估退款请求，并在 3 个工作日内响应。因客户自身原因（如误购后已使用会员权益）的退款请求可能不予受理。

Refunds are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record. You may request a refund through the Creem Customer Portal, or contact our support email at [email protected]. We will evaluate refund requests based on the specific circumstances (e.g., Services not provided as promised) and respond within 3 business days. Requests due to customer's own reasons (e.g., membership already used after purchase) may not be eligible.

• Bulk scrape or crawl Site content for commercial purposes.
